Upcoming Community Meetings:

• November 21, 2024 - A continued Zoning Board of Appeals hearing will be held at 7pm at the Lakeville Public Library regarding the Comprehensive Permit filing to construct a 200 unit mixed-income multifamily project. An agenda for this hearing can be found at the Town of Lakeville’s Zoning Board website.

• December 12, 2024 - A continued Planning Board hearing will be held at 7pm at the Lakeville Public Library regarding the Site Plan Review approval application for the proposed 68 age-restricted cottages, along with associated improvements, as well as the proposed 120 units of assisted living and 70 units of independent living and associated improvements. An agenda for this hearing can be found at the Town of Lakeville’s Planning Board website.

Previous Community Meetings:

• June 5, 2024 - Many Lakeville residents were able to join us on at the Loon Pond Lodge for our second open forum-style community engagement meeting to learn about the Project. Members of the development and design teams were in attendance and reviewed the proposed plan for the Project and fielded many questions. It was great to hear feedback from the residents of Lakeville and we look forward to connecting with the community again in the near future. Thank you for your continued feedback and support. • December 5, 2023 – Our project team hosted a Community Engagement Meeting at the Lakeville Public Library to introduce the reimagined mixed-residential master plan. The project team received great feedback and suggestions from the community, such as the desire for nature trails and dog parks at the site. Both of these suggestions have been incorporated into the master plan. A summary of our Community Engagement Meeting can be found in the more information tab of this website.
